Core Cotton — Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right: To withdraw, notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear written statement to core.cotton@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the following model text:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order number / item description]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]."
Returning your items: After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding any supplementary delivery costs beyond standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, or within 14 days of receiving the returned goods — whichever is later. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been clearly personalized or made to your specifications.
